| Missions | As a new member of the team, you will assume key responsibilities in the exploitation and analysis of the company's social data. Your missions will include: Defining social information needs: You will be responsible for assessing and specifying the requirements for the various social reports, such as the ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) report, the social report, gender equality analyses, as well as reports for rating firms and audits. Collecting and analyzing data: You will collect data via HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools and ensure their analysis in order to guarantee their accuracy and relevance for the company. Supporting the creation of HR reporting: You will participate in the preparation of human resources reports, providing detailed insights on the organization's social indicators. Optimizing reporting and analysis tools: You will contribute to the improvement of reporting and analysis tools, aiming to strengthen their efficiency and maximize the benefits of the data collected. | Profile | We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about social data analysis and the human resources sector. The ideal profile has a Bac +3 to Master in human resources, social data, statistics, data analysis or in an equivalent field. You must demonstrate an analytical mind and a great deal of autonomy, with an ability to adapt quickly. Rigor, organization and curiosity are essential qualities. Mastery of the Office pack, and particularly Excel, is required. Knowledge of the CEGEDIM software is an asset. A good understanding of English, both written and spoken, is a plus!
