We only collect the data you send us through our forms:

• Contact details: email address, phone, city, country
• Professional or academic information: company, role sought, academic level, seniority, LinkedIn profile
• CV and attachments, for applications
• Your message and the service you are interested in

Technical data (pages visited, browser type) may be collected through cookies, depending on your choices.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and contacting you: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract
• Providing the services you sign up for (packs, coaching, recruitment): performance of a contract
• Reviewing your application and offering you opportunities: your consent and our legitimate interest
• Meeting our accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to the relevant FINAAR teams. It is hosted by our service providers, who act on our instructions:

• HubSpot (customer relationship and form management)
• Our application management tools
• Our web host

With your consent, your application may be shared with a host organisation or a client company. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the UK and EU

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

• Contact requests and prospects: 3 years after the last exchange
• Applications and CVs: 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them
• Client data: for the duration of the contract, then for the legal accounting retention period
